Return and Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our valued customers. Are you not satisfied with your purchase for any reason? If so, we offer a clear return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

30 Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

Return Procedure:

To return an item, please email our customer service department at info@loucheperfume.com. Please include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Name on order

  • Ordering address

Once we have confirmed your return, return the package with a note explaining the situation and your order details (such as order number, name and address). This will allow us to process your return quickly.

If a return is sent without tracking and gets lost, we are not responsible and you may not be able to claim a refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns unless it is a defect or error on our part. We recommend always using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or defective items:

Have you received a damaged or defective item? Please contact us immediately at info@loucheperfume.com and send photos and details of the problem. We will quickly resolve it for you.

Exchange:

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can reorder the item you want.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order while it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for processing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has already been shipped, please wait until it arrives before organizing a return. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable once the item has left our warehouse. You then pay the return shipping costs yourself. No handling fee will be charged.

Refund Process:

Once we have received and verified your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or declined.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and automatically refunded within 7 business days via the original payment method.
