Welcome to Louche! These terms and conditions apply to all of our products and services. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Louche.

1.2 By placing an order, you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.

1.3 Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing.

2. Offers and Agreements.

2.1 All Louche offers are without obligation and may be revoked at any time.

2.2 An agreement is established upon acceptance of your order by Louche. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices listed are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise indicated.

3.2 Payment can be made through the payment methods available on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Delivery

4.1 Louche aims to ship orders placed before 6:00 p.m. on the same day. Delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered binding.

4.2 We are not liable for delays in delivery by external delivery services.

4.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Louche until the time of delivery to you or a representative previously designated and disclosed to Louche.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.

5.2 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

5.3 After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Warranty

6.1 Louche guarantees that the delivered products meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set for them and are free of defects.

6.2 If a product is defective, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

7. Liability

7.1 Louche is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the products supplied by us.

7.2 Our liability is at all times limited to the amount of the order in question.

8. Privacy

8.1 We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal information is kept confidential. Please read our privacy policy for more information.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes.

9.1 All legal relationships to which Louche is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

9.2 Disputes between Louche and the customer will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Louche is located, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
