3.1 All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods on the website. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

4. Delivery

4.1 We aim to ship orders placed before 4:00 p.m. on weekdays the same day.
4.2 Delivery times stated are indicative and do not entitle you to compensation if exceeded.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
5.2 Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless there is an error or defect on our side.
5.3 After correct return receipt, you will receive a refund of your purchase price via the original payment method within 7 working days.
