• Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is reliable and cost-effective. The cost is €5.99 for orders within the Netherlands. For orders over €34.99, we offer free shipping.

Delivery times:

• Within the Netherlands: At Louche, we understand that you can't wait to receive your new fragrance. That's why we ship orders placed before 4 p.m. the same day. You can then expect to receive your order usually within 1 business day!
• International shipping: We also ship to several countries within Europe. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for more information on international shipping.

Order confirmation and tracking: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Returning

Return Policy: We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product.

Return conditions:

• Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
